What am I paying for?

We build and run the pages, listings and answer-engine work that get your trade found across your city, and every homeowner who contacts us there is routed to you alone. You are paying for the machine and the exclusivity, not for a lead list.

How is this different from HomeAdvisor or Angi?

Those platforms sell the same homeowner to several companies at once and charge per lead. We send each contact to one business and charge one flat rate. If you have raced three other contractors to a phone call, you already know the difference.

How many leads will I get?

We do not promise a number, and you should distrust anyone who does. Volume depends on your trade, your city and the season. What we promise is that every lead the system produces reaches you alone, and that you see the honest count every month.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. It is month to month. The trade-and-city slot is yours for as long as you are active, and if you leave, the slot closes rather than passing to a competitor automatically.

What if my trade or city is already taken?

Then we will tell you no, and that answer is the product. Ask to go on the wait list for the slot, or claim a neighboring city before someone else does.
